The apartment is located on the top floor of a historic late 18th-century building near Piazza Duomo. It offers a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchen on the lower floor. Upstairs is a living room and a large terrace from which you can admire the Duomo, Mount Etna, historic buildings, and the sea.

The space

The recently renovated apartment-designed by a well-respected local architect-has high-end windows (and air conditioning), offering peace and quiet.

We have equipped the apartment with every amenity, including three air-conditioning zones; wifi connectivity; a washing machine; and a small, fully equipped kitchen.

Access for guests
The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.

There is no free parking in the area.
